[Resolved]  Pearl Honda — After sales service.

I have purchased Honda Brio from Pearl Honda Gurgaon on 10/May/2012 .While negotiations it was agreed between me and Sales executive that they will provide anti rust/paint protection and mud flap now they are reluctant to follow the commitment. Sales executive Mr.Mohit Sharma not picking up my phone. Sometimes he is just reverting through SMS.My car has gone through first month free service. I found the car was not cleaned properly from inside.Tyre pressure was not checked. When I asked concerned person he replied in first service they just tightens the bolts……It was disappointing experience.
It has been more than a month now I have not got the permanent registration number. Again Mr.Mohit not responding to my phone call. Here I want to suggest either go for another dealer else take everything in written. Honda Siel company shall look into the matter and take corrective action.
