I purchaed Honda Brio EXmt from pearl honda near sun city on 4/1/2012 and fot car financed by sbi for rs 3.5 lakh and money asked to dep[osit by pearl honda was rs 120450 in the account kapscon india pvt limited icici bank gurgaon. I deposited the money on this account on 31/12/2012 and till date the excess money rs 50450 is not refunded and leather seat cover is not fitted in my car after several reminder...

I have purchased Honda Brio from Pearl Honda Gurgaon on 10/May/2012 .While negotiations it was agreed between me and Sales executive that they will provide anti rust/paint protection and mud flap now they are reluctant to follow the commitment. VERY BAD SERVICE

the sales dept sucks as well as the service dept. They are pathetic. I would suggest people even if they buy a car from their they should not give it of servicing to them. The customers are so disappointed after the service,. PEARL HONDA SHOULS SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. All are working their with NO CUSTOMER ORIENTATION AT ALL....
