Pearl Honda — Poor Service

I am really tormented by the pathetic service of Pearl Honda, Sector 37. There are several reasons for that : 1). I had given my car for body repair on 16th July, but have not received my car till now 2).Service manager Rakesh has rarely called me back and relies on giving false promises for the return date starting from 22nd July to 24th July to 27th July. 3).I had given my car relying on the false promise of return by 22nd July and was repeatedly given assurances of the same my Mr. Rakesh on 20th and 21st July. On the basis of those assurances I planned an important appointment along with my wife for 24th July. But they failed to deliver the car even till now, leave aside 22nd July. 4).ON repeated(around 30 calls) requests, I was given an alternative car for attending the appointment on 24th July, that too a car that had no horn working, window once opened cannot be closed, filled with dust from inside and broken viper. I had to get it checked with mechanic before stating my journey, which was very unpleasant but by God's grace safe. I did not expect this from a brand like Honda.
