Pearl Honda — excess money charged and cheated

Subject: Refund of Excess money charged, not providing leather seat cover ,not providing extended warranty two years as charged, permanent registration of the vehicle.
This is to bring to your kind notice that after several visit to your showroom and telephonic talk to your concern person you are not able to resolve the following problem and if these matters are not sorted out I will be forced to file a case in consumer forum and I am mentally harassed by your fraud and continued cheating act to fool the innocent customer after all the commitment in black and white and recorded statement.
I purchased BRIO EXMT CAR (engine no L12B32006551 CHASIS NO: MAKDD171MCN101051 , TEMP REGISTRATION NO OF VEHICLE HR 99 NL 4434) from your show room on 31/12/2012 as per the record and paid rs 10,000 by cheque on 11/12/2012 (RECIEPT NO 15416 ) and rs 110450 on 31/12/2012 (RECEIPT NO 16232). The Cost of the vehicle was rs 4,20,000 on road with insurance, and registration and road tax , PU leather seat cover worth Rs 5800 , and two years extended warranty worth rs 7600. The rest of the money Rs 3,50, 000 was financed by the SBI. The total money paid by me to pearl Honda rs 120,450 and rs 3,50000 was financed by the bank State bank of India.
1. The Excess money charged Rs 50450 and out of which Rs 46546 was refunded by the dealer after several visit and complain lodged at the customer care. Still the balance Rs 3904 has to be refunded by the dealer and extra money (Rs 50450) is kept by the dealer for one month and interest on this money has to be paid by the dealer to me. Hence rs 3904 plus interest on rs 50450 for one month has to be refunded.
2. The two years extended warranty was not provided by the dealer for which they have shown Rs 7,600 in the booking statement but they have not been given to me so far. Hence RS 7600 has to refunded by the dealer immediately.
3. The PU leather seat cover is not provided by the dealer worth Rs 5800 and instead they charged me for the fabric cover for Rs 3499. Hence rs 3499 has to be refunded by the dealer plus rs 5,600 if leather seat cover is not providing to me. Hence total amount rs 9299 has to be refunded by the dealer immediately.
4. The permanent registration of the vehicle is not done by the dealer as promised and already one month and 5 days are over and this registration has to be done by the dealer immediately or money charged rs 17905 has to be refunded to me immediately.
Already I have wasted one month and five days but still I am giving you one week time to act and sort out this matter at your end otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer forum and file a case against you and also the mental harassment done to me.
