Hi all,
why can't we all give police complaint against Ibrahim Khaleel who IS running this company?

Atleast if police are bribary people. They will eat some of this accumulated money from PEOPLE TALENTS INDIA PVT LTD. we are happy that PEOPLE TALENTS INDIA PVT LTD will loose some money and they stop cheating people. thay are saying that we are offering you JAVA DEVELOPER but you have to pay some deposit money which is refundable. after that they will teach you JAVA course and sending to other company for client's project but when you will be go to that company they will say that its a consultancy not a company.
when u'll come back and ask "what is this?" Raghava will say that why you are not performing well your performance is not good so better you leave this company and forget about your money. because your money is freeze now.. so your money gone

If bangalore police are prompt, then we al will get our meony back...

what do you say ? something is better than nothing!! Put these cheaters in jail to save atleast others from their fraud. Now it's enough, don't come under their fake promises.

I am totally disagree on this stupid comments as i am in same company past 1 year 6 months. I have got 100% hike after 8 months due to my performance. HR and Admin has supported in all the aspects. I got an opportunity to work with international customer. There product is being used in well known companies across the globe.

I really disagree with this above illegal comments..being an Trainer come Developer of this company, many candidates/Employers we educate and deploy them to our clients for projects, Even there the performance of our candidates is being satisfactory, then where is the Question of Cheating and fraud?
The false informer must be punished for spreading false facts and creating wrong impression about my company..As a female trainer the working condition and other support from HR's and admin is excellent and to do a career...I feel this is the platform to progress...
I totally disagree with above comments since we have been also paid certain fee for traning and skill development, today we have grown to a extent of Sr. Developer with hike of 80% salary and still we are going strong in terms of project is concerned. Now we are also catering to international clients being part of PTI . We do not have any hindrances towards growth of my career.

We from HR Team support lot of candidate interns of their career and growth. Employee looking forward for good career platform, PTI is the place for job. Though the fees are collected, it is been utilized for skill development training.

No not at all true. Let me be honest, yes i paid some money for the Skill Development. I also worked without salary for three months since i was completely from different domain(Electrical) and they had to train me before they get output from me which is very much fair. Most importantly i needed a chance very badly into the software domain which i got it here.

Now the other part of the story, Right now i am leading the QA Team from past 1 and half year. I had all the freedom to learn and apply to achieve this. I got enough and deserving hike for my performance. What else you need and i am working here from past 2 years and going strong.

What i am trying to say is Performer always get the returns if he make use of the opportunity and work hard.

I won't really accept the above posted comments by "Harpre" because even i joined as fresher @ recession time in people talents when no other company was ready to take a chance like this. I am really thankful to people talents for giving me such an oppurtunity and career growth.

its really ridiculous that the company is using all the tantrums to make money...they r simply asking their own employees to post positive comment for the comp...if the company is so well then y cant they even get a trainer to train the guys frm whom they take money...n instead of training them they always talk abt the outsourcing and above all they send u people for the interviews in tha comp wich even dont exist..so u can imagine the condition of this comp...harpreet is 101% true abt the feedback for this comp...n guys frm people talent who all commented here i can understand ur situation that u have to be thr as long as u get ur money thats y u talking like this..keep trying to get ur money
we regret to inform about above comments. People talents India Pvt Ltd is a group in which it educates employee’s with Skilled development training in all software technologies. Training is charged nominally. This procedure depends on each employee’s Performance, Attitude, Mannerism, Attendance, illegality, Deployment to clients, Shortlist to Vendor Projects thro contracts. Trainers are well knowledged and being experienced to take up any training in software technologies, employees unable to understand the basics are the candidates, writes this comments.



Comments done is truly from our employees existing “YES”, coz PTI is being existing for long period and serving many clients and employees. No candidate is outsourced as everyone is much alive by taking salary month on month. We are glad to inform the commented candidates are the employees terminated from the company for different reasons on illegal activity. Using our intelligence we are able to identify the culprits and shortly they shall be punished legally nor shall be handed over to police.

After reading all the comments, i can draw two conclusions viz
1. The person who is claiming as the victim (by the people-talent company) is not mature enough . See here the name "PEOPLE TALENT PVT LTD is itself giving some indication that is a consultancy firm.

2. Secondly the counter-reply by all the professionals of the company. May be a single persom from the company is replying with different email ids.(some PR person)..

But i like to tell all the people following this article that "there are many small firms / consultancies, not only in banglore but throughout the country which claim about having LIVE SOFTWARE PROJECTS & give lucrative job offer to the students after the completion of any SUCH PAID / SPONSORED TRAINING / CERTIFICATIONS.

Please do take care before joining any such institute/s for any course (may it be any short/long term or certificate/diploma course, especially on the event when u are not joining any Big Brand.

It is strongly recommended to discuss about the facts of any institutes with your School / College Faculty Members / Teachers, Class-Mates, Friends & Senior Students.Do a lot of R&D over internet.

If you really able to arrange some Course Details / Brochure of your prospective institute, that would really help you to compare the topic to be covered by the Institutes.

Many times many Institutes even Big Brands register a student for a particular course but on completion they provide certificate of some other course (giving the grounds of some confusion / mis-print).They do this because the local centres of such institutes are mainly operated by their franchisee, so for their own profit they do such activities keeping the students in dark.
First off all i draw your attention my dear that i was here wen People talents Didn't even started the consultancy in 2008 it was totally a development company they started pharma done by me and my colleagues which was not even used in as product, job portal even this is total waste of effort but what we got was knowledge not given by them owned by us !!! that i a m true about it .
Also i want to add it was previously known as "Trans-biz technologies" which is black listed !

this company is located in jayanagar 5th block....

they were into itservices and recruitment also.... they hir ethe people saying that they wil give u a good salary and all... they want people to deposite 50k and they will return after 1 year but they wont do that... this is for software...

coming to the recruitment they wont pay the salary also... if they pay also its just like 5k or 6.5k that too once in 2or 3 months... be carefull...

Was just going through this whole argument, found bit amusing, I'm finding a common pattern of written communication which makes me suspect that either these person or persons have no communication skills nor it is done by one single person. what so ever, the counter argument by the company is in the direction of having these people approach to them and have a discussion, As a reader I find this to be a gracious approach by the company.
From the point of salary I wouldn't want to comment as it is not correct to hold back any salary but than if a company is going through bad financial they are bound to delay the salaries part of it. Many Major big brand companies have resorted into this kind of stratergy to have smooth functioning of company and its a common practice but at the end it should be settled amicably.
I would therefore feel that the greived people should go and talk to the respective folks in the company and resolve there concerns rather than airing the views anonymously which is not correct.
Also It is diffcult to build the reputation takes years of efforts to build but by such an act it would taint the company even beyond imagination. And from what I gather from one of the above response this company is there been since 2-3 years the management would think 3-4 times to take up any decison which would hurt the reputation of the company and the very fact that the people of the company are responding makes feel that they are still going to be there and operate.
So rather mucking each other, would be good if the grieved people go and discuss the mater and make them aware teh injustice you have gone through.
