Pepe Jeans — Fedding of colour from denim

I purchased denim of Pepe Jeans on 5th of april, 2008 from ahmedabad Iscon Mega mall branch and and after only one wach colour feding is too much.my date of complain is 20th april just after 15 days of purchase. but i am not getting proper reply. even after 1 and half month i am waiting for their reply. Its an 1800 Rs. jeans.but they always make a story..please help me.

with full regards, i want to say that i buy a pepe jeans t-shirt from "bachoomal collection" at M.G road agra, (u.p) but sir after 2 months some holes r coming out from it .and when i complaint it to the dealer he suggest me, to take it to lacal vendor for stitching purpose.sir i don't expect this behaviour from the dealer of your reputed company.sir is it the fault of your fabric or it just happen.any way plz take the appropriate action as early as possible .

sir i hope that u as a responsible person, will take action as soon as possible.

Pepe Jeans — making fool to the customer

Hello sir,

I had purchase a shirt from pepe jeans Chennai from city centre outlay on 27/10/08 and my bill no is A82705. On 28th morning I had found that there is some damage on the shirt around 10:30 am . they told they will get back to me on tommorow .then after 2 days i made a call to enquire about what there asm said they are telling me that there asm told that they will not replace the shirt and when i ring up to the asm he said he dint recived any complain till now dont know who is telling the truth and who is telling the lie .even i asked them to tell ur asm to contact me they are telling that there asm is big guy he will not contact u . i had done a big mistake by purchasing a shirt from pepe jeans .

Pepe Jeans Belt — Color stains from a black belt

I live in Bangalore, India. While ona tour to Mumbai more than a year back, I bought a black leather belt for myself. I found some of light color pants getting a black stain in the fly area. After more than a year I could locate the problem. Whenever I sit in my car, the fly of the pant was rubbing the belt which was imparting the stain. I confirmed it by rubbing a white cloth on the belt and lo behold the cloth got stained. I have not retained the bill. But the brand name can be identified on the belt very easily. How to get the belt replaced ?

I have purchased one jeans of your company on dt.1st Jan'12 pape jeans but after using 6 month it has lost its fitting and fabric is very poor. in 6 month i have used only max to max 25th time and not not in condetion in ware once again..i think i wrongly take pape jeans instate of LIVIS, SPYKER and other brand... i request to you if any solution on this kindly give the solution...

i have purchased a man pepe jeans, after 1 month it has a dot in leg side it looks bad, i complants about this the showroom boy take my jeans and ashowored me that they replase the jeans, but after haveing my jean allmost one mouth they didnt in formed me, i called and they tell us the jean is not replased, please solove my problam as soon as posible thax .
