This is the mail what i received, now they want me to pay custom charges for the amount what I received i.e. Rs. 18, 000
Is this winning lottery true or not. The diplomat said that R.B.I will transfer the funds once i pay the amount. A lady spoke from R.B.I.
Please let me know is it a fake amount or a genuine one. Please give me a reply to my e-mail- [protected]@rediffmail.com
