[Resolved] Personal Loan From HSBC — CIBIL record not updated

I had availed a personal loan having loan a/c no[protected] from HSBC Bank Pune. My loan has been repaid in month of July 2008 as per bank No Dues letter dated 28 July 2008 and the bank has also refunded me the excess amount of Rs 4812.14 towards the closure of loan. I am suprised that the CIBIL records have not been updated till today and there is an outstanding of Rs 10170 against my PL of HSBC Bank. I don't avail any PL apart from the PL of HSBC. So I requested bank to please update the same in CIBIL mentioning that the loan has been repaid and there is no outstanding against me by mail on 3-2-2009 and again on[protected] and last on[protected]. I got reply from Bank mentioning that I should call up the local pune office no 26001117. But when I called that number I was told that we cannot help you. After giving repeated reminders the bank is not ready to look into my matter. Why bank is doing this I dont know. So I request you to please look into the matter and help me out. Personal Loan from HSBC — Agency people came to home and using vulgar words

Sir,

I have take personel loan from HSBC and due to my job problem, i am unable to pay the EMI for the past 3 months. so the bank agency people keep on calling to my mobile and using some vulgar words and keep coming to my home also.And they talk to my wife with same rubbish words at it hurts her a lot.

I have recieved personal loan of rupees 1, 61, 000 Personal loan account No:[protected]. I wish to close the personal loan account entirely by remiting the amount due to be settled in one lum sum.
On my written request, I wish to get fresh personal loan. Rupees One Lac.. I hav not recieved any in the matter. Please tell me the actual amount to be settled as on date for the previous personal loan drawn by me, during 2007.

Personal Loan from HSBC — Higher Interest Rate

Sir,
Myself Arun Sharma and i had taken Personal Loan of 35000 Rs from HSBC in 2007.They have charged 34% interest per year.When i had applied for the loan executive told me that they should charge interest 25% yearly.But after approved loan they directly charged 34% yearly. And you know last 6 month i am suffering from unemployement becz of ressesion in the market. You tell me how can i pay monthly EMI even i am independent myself. Please let me know how can i resolve this probelm and how can i save myself from this higher interest rate.If any solution so please let me know immdtly.
