[Resolved]  Pf Department — non payment of PF Money

Dear Sir,

This is MAHESWARA pRASAD. Joined icfai university, Kollam office on 15th May 06 and left on 3th Dec 07. Emp No. 1R10698

I had completed all the leaving formalities and filled up the Provident Fund form on my last day i.e.: 11th jan 08.

It is now 6 months and still I have not got my PF amount.

Awaiting a favourable response.

I joined Accenture on 16/07/07 and left on 30/11/07

submiiting all the documents properly for PF withdrawl...but it has been 8 months now...nobody picks up the phone at PF department.

My Pf a/c is MH/BAN/45665/53211 and grp no. 53

I am an ex employee of a private limited company in bangalore, i had worked for 12.5 years, i left the orgnisation on october 12th 2008, (because the management announced in the month of august 2008 that they are not willing to continue the business and they are selling.) I had submitted my PF forms for attestation from the employer for PF amount withdrawal in the month of november, till date i have not received the form duly attested. I contacted them several times, to the concerned person in charge for signing, he has to tell it is on the process, it will take some time, i am busy etc.,

From 1st of April 2009, my earlier company sold/takeover

My question is, in this situation what how to go about it for withdrawal of my amount and how to take a no service breakup letter from my earlier employer (for pension schem purpose).

kindly give suggestion and help me.

Keane India ltd — PF not received as yet

I filed the forms for withdrawal of PF in January'09.The PF amount has not been credited to my account as yet.I filed it through my previous company Keane India Ltd.I have the confirmation receipt with me.
Kindly look into it and process the PF amount as soon as possible.
