on 13 Aug 2009, , i asked for the new arrival 'movie' for Kameney. unfortunately it was not released yet. the operator handed over a mp3 cd worth rs160. when i came to know about it i have open the label and it was not specified that it is a VCD or mp3 CD, i asked them to return it but they abuse me and i decided to talk to the head. he also did the same and i asked him for number of main branch. he talked me in a wild manner and disconnect the phone by saying that he is not going to give the number what i can do.

Hi,
I faced the same atitude when they sold me different product than what they dispalyed and when i wanted to pay the difference and replace the new product. They told me, " Do whatever you want we wont change it."
