[Resolved]  PNB ATM — Debit done without Cash Received

DEAR SIR,

I AM RAKESH KUMAR RESIDE IN RANJEET NAGAR, NEW DELHI . I HAVE GOT SAVING BANK AC NO [protected] IN PNB BRANCH WEST PATEL NAGAR.ON 20.10.2010 I VISITED THE ATM OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, AT SHADI PUR DEPOT METRO STATION. THERE I ENTERED THE AMOUNT OF RS 8000 FOR WITHDRAWL FROM ATM MACHINE BUT I COULD NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT ALSO I HAVE RECEIVED THE RECEIPT FROM THE ATM WHICH SHOWS THAT NO TRANSACTION HAS BEEN DONE BY ME.THERE AFTER I VISITED THE BANK MANAGER OF THE PNB, WEST PATEL NAGAR, MAIN ROAD PILLOR NO. 222, NEW DELHI BUT NO POSITIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ANY OF THE PARTY. SO I REQUEST YOU TO REDEPOSIT THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY AC NUMBER

Dear Sir,

I have registered a complaint with your customer care department vide No. 17311032 on 3rd August. After that I contacted your customer care department Ms. Roomi on 04.09.2009, Ms Neelam on 04.09.2009, Ms Neelam on 15.09.2009, Mr. Raman on 15.09.2009 and on 04.11.2009 with Mr. Madhav and Mr. Shailendera on 03.11.2009 and to Mr. Vineet on 13.11.2009 But till date I have not received any money, call or any response from your side.

I hope you will not compel me to take legal recourse of the matter. After all my hard money of Rs.14000/- has been retained in an illegal and unauthorized manner. In case I did not heard anything within 15 days of sending this electronic mail. I will be compel to approach consumer redresall forum and will seek damages from the manager of the bank who is rolling me from one corner to another. I hope you will not compel me to take such steps.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I tried to withdraw Rs 5000/- from my saving account no.[protected] of PNB on around 7.30 a.m in the morning from Bank Of Baroda ATM, Uttam Nagar but cash was not withdrawn and ATM was showing Transction declined and my account was debited by Rs 5000/- Then I tried to complian through
costomer care .The customer executive advised to wait for twentyfour hour and then you will complain to us because my money may be reversed within twenty four hours time.

Please advise .

PNB ATM Complaints — Debit done without Cash Received

Dear Sir,

I am Abhinav Anand reside in #171, Maliabari, Purnea, Bihar. I have got saving a/c
no.[protected].
I try to operate my pnb account from SBI ATM located in Nagarbhavi, bangalore on date 09/05/2010 But the transaction did not happen. I tried to withdraw 2500 rupees
but got a reciept saying "transaction cannot be processed" however 2500 rupees have been debited from my acount on the same day. please credit my account with the same amount.
