Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing a lot of problem because of Punjab national bank (laksar Disst. Haridwar Uttranchal) Bad service.
Actually I got my ATM ([protected]) 3 Months ago. But it is yet not activated by branch manager
Ever I go to manager his pet dialog that it will activate till tomorrow but his tomorrow never come.

Because of this I had taken many leave from my office.


Plz advice what to do or I will go to consumer form.

    Acer — Acer laptop bad condition

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is in regards to an Acer laptop,which I unfortunately happen to possess. Some important details of the same product are furbished below.

    This is to bring to your notice that I have had a pathetic experience with your product. It has not been even 3 months since I have purchased the product and the 'RAM' has already been replaced.(for obvious reasons).

    To add to my agony,even after this replacement, I was told by your technician today that the entire motherboard would have to be changed.

    The laptop is in such a bad condition that it simply refuses to work!

    The screen goes blank, it shuts down automatically, makes weird noises,etc.

    To my amazement, when i requested for a complete replacement of the product, my request was turned down with the following reply- "Our company does not believe in replacing the product, only part5 would be replaced".

    This is evident that I have been given a defective product altogether.

    If this is the way a multi-national brand like yours works, then I would be glad to file a law-suit in the consumer court shortly.

    No matter how big your brand is, I assure you that I would do my best to tarnish your image by word of mouth.

    I feel utterly disgusted even by the very name of your brand now.

    This laptop happens to be the first and the last product of your brand, that my entire family or my friends would ever buy.

    On top of this, it is hard to lodge a complaint for a problem in your customer care.

    What a non-sense way of dealing with your customers.

    I seek an appropriate solution to the above mentioned issue, failing which I would be forced to take a strong legal action against your company and its attitude towards the customers.

    I have had a similar worse problem -

    Purchased an Acer Aspire 5745g from Croma, T Nagar, Chennai on 16th October and on 18th October itself it refused to power on.

    When I took it to the Acer Service station, they refused to consider it as within warranty service. To my utter dismay they told me that the motherboard has components which seem to be manually soldered and would not be covered by warranty. They re-directed me to the vendor (Croma in this case) for any complaints. I had to take the laptop and visit Croma again. They heard my story and initially began hinting that I might have toyed with the motherboard. I clearly explained that I am not a Laptop technician and there is no business for me to open a brand new laptop for which I had paid additional amount for extended 2 years warranty.

    Croma then got into a 2 hour long disucssion with Acer and finally they asked me to send the laptop back to the same service station who this time agreed to service it. I regret buying this product which conked off on the 3rd day and to top it a service team which refused to comply with Warranty norms so early into the contract. Imagine my fate for the next 3 years.

    I am waiting for the Laptop to be returned after service. They have indicated a time period of 3-4 working days for the parts to arrive from Bangalore.

    I am hugely disappointed with the way Acer has handled a customer who has brought a product which is not even 3 full days old.

      Pass book of above account was sent to bank through Colaba,Mumbai ,Branch in 2004,for closing the account and to pay the balance amount to me.

      In spite of repeated reminders by bank manager , Colaba,Mumbai, branch , there is no responce from Morar, Gwalior branch. Please advice Morar branch to close the account & to pay the balace to me at my address as under, as I have already closed the account with Colaba Branch.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I, Sujit Karmakar, Lecturer of Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, BidhanNagar, Durgapur, Dist- Burdwan (West Bengal). I am a account holder of PNB (PUNJUB NATIONAL BANK), BCET Branch, durgapur, my A/c no is [protected]. An amount of Rs. 24,076.02/- was wrongly debited through ATM from my account on 7/01/2010. No transaction was made by me through ATM on 5th, 6th & 7th of January, 2010. It is my salary A/c. I have complained about this to the branch manager and after complaining to customer care, they have given a complain no.23796843 on 8th of January. I have also submitted a written document of complain to the branch on 12th January. But still now I haven't recieved any positive sign against my complain. I am repeatedly in contact with customer care and Bank Manager of BCET Branch, but they are not taking any sort of action and I am in a great trouble because my one month's salary was hacked from my account. After complaining I had locked my ATM by customer care. As i have recieved a letter through Bank Manager dated 26.3.10. as manager advice I had went to local police /Cyber crime branch of Police to make an FIR but they are not taking any sort of FIR against my complain & they are telling that to make a case against the Bank Manager of PNB, BCET branch. So please do the needfull. I will be highly obilized if you grant my request.

              Sub: Reminder about fraudulent withdrawal of Rs.

              8, 10, 000 from my account SB [protected]


              This is to remind you that more than 2 weeks have passed since the said fraud was brought to your notice. This delay in refunding me my money is totally unjustified and inexplicable. I strongly urge you to take quick action against the culprit branch namely PNB, Sangrur and refund me my money within one week. I will be meeting the banking ombudsman tomorrow for further action.

              I am also keeping open the option of filing police FIR against PNB as well as concurrently approaching the consumer court.

                  Whenever we go to PNB bank for any purpose like to make Demand Draft, to complete Passbook, New Check Book, Every time we have to faced more problems.

                  Every time PNB's Employees says that System was not working, and said come after 2 days. This incident was occured with us so many times and today also.

                    i ankit mehrotra is the customer of the PNB (delhi Branch). An amount of the Rs. 3499 was deducted from my a/c during posh purchase(Date-12-aug-2008). I lodged a complain regarding the same and got the feedback that money will be refunded with in 45 to 90 days but till the date no action has been taken by the bank.So kindly tell me what to do. I have called several times in thier call centre.

                    i had shopped during month of december . I bought two strolleys but the owner used the debit card and put a wrong amount and swap my debit card no. [protected] . then he put that transaction null but after wards that amount is not in my account .That transaction has done on 5th dec. and i complaint against it on 9th of dec.so it is almost a month so sir i would like to request you to take my complaint in action so that my money will be back in my account. thank you .

                    I am Harekrishna panda a customer of pnb [kolkata branch].I booked two e-tickets using the debit cum atm card of pnb bank and cost of the tickets were 2890 adding all expenses.But when I enquired my balance an amount of 1300 rupees was deducted other than the cost of my ticket. Sir i would like to request you to take my complaint in action so that my money will be back in my account. thank you.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I 'Abhishek Kumar' hold a saving account with PNB "kankarbagh branch, patna, bihar".My a/c no. is "[protected]".
                    I had booked a flight ticket on 4th january 2011 from "Yatra .com" and made the payment by my PNB ATM card.The amount debited was Rs.11468 only.But due to some reason I cancelled the ticket on 7th january '2011.The Yatra group refunded the amount on 18th Jan 2011 but the amount was not reflected in my a/c.Thus I contacted my branch and they claimed that the money had not been yet credited by Yatra.I crossed checked with Yatra and they provided me the transaction no.through they refunded.They provided me the ARN no.(75140681021054617855657) but my branch says that they don't know what ARN no.is.
                    I again contacted the Yatra group and they asked me to either complaint to you or lodge a complaint to consumer court because they claim that they had all the proof that money had been credited to my a/c.
                    So.I.therefore request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.Its about two months and I am really harassed.I will be looking for your reply.

                    Dear sir,

                    I Swati Chaturvedi is the customer of the PNB (Dehradun Branch). Some amount was deducted from my a/c during water bill payment(Date-15-Feb-2011). I lodged a complaint regarding the same and got the feedback that money will be refunded with in 45 to 90 days, they provioded me the complaint no. as well[protected] but till the date ( 3/05/2011) no action has been taken by the bank Every time they say please check in next 3-4 working days.

                    So kindly tell me what to do. I have called several times in thier call centre and also forwarded mail to general manager CRM..

                      sir,
                      my debit card no[protected] issue date- 2004/08 is always showing " your debit card is blocked " when it is used for cash transaction in the atm machine of PNB as well as other sponsured banks. i had met the branch manager of PNB- hinoo branch, indira place, ranchi from where the said debit card was issued against my SF A/c no- [protected]. but no response. the zonal office of PNB ranchi did respond but with plea that the surveyor is down which factually is incorrect because several other debit card holder are smoothly using their debit card facility. i have never issued any instruction for blocking of my debit card which is being displayed when i insert my debit card. this is causing not only harrassment but has also belittled me on one or two occasion during course of my shopping. please do the needful immediately and intimate me failing which i shall be constrained to take up legal steps. if necessary please issue another debit card immediately without any charges.

                        When i try to transfer money from PNB to SBI bank through net banking or even within pnb brranch it not transfering and showing wrong transaction password entered ,This has happened to me more than 3 times. I dont forget my transaction id and use the same process as i got in guideline. The problem is with PNB side only because if i try to transfer money from another bank to SBI it gets transferred properly.
                        Sometimes its really urgent and the money is not transfering.

They took my mob number to inform me about the action. Also I am a siver cardiac patient and can not stand in Q for ten to 15 minutes. The above grievance was reported to Banker.                               I was having one saving Accounts with PNB Bhowanipur. The Account deactivated due to non operation for quite some time. I pursued to Bank Manager on 09th April 2010. I was told to submit few papers which i agreed. The Manger behaved very badly as if I am begging for something from him. Anyways he told me to come on 10th April 2010 and assured me that it will be activated after depositing some money into that account and after some formalities. Me and My Husband reached bank on 10th April 2010 for the same. Again he is harrasing me and asking me to come on Monday, as he is busy in some other work. I am a diabetic woman and its really very unfortunate that a costumer (Thought Small) is treated like this by Indian Nationalised Banks.

                              Actually there should a penal provision for those employees who acts in such a manner. I know I can open a new account in some other bank but he should be punished for his bad behaviour.

                                I am an account holder of SB No.[protected] in PNB Nauroji Nagar Branch, New Delhi.
                                I had recharged my mobile from Rs.200/- through PNB Internet Banking service on 29.12.2009 with above mentioned account number but it was failed. So that Rs.200/- should be back in my account but till date it was not back.
                                I have called so many times in customer care [protected] since 29th December, 2009. They promise to refund in my account of my failed transaction on that day but no action yet to be taken.
                                I have also lodged complain through e-mail on [protected]@pnb.co.in and [protected]@pnb.co.in many times but no action taken.

                                Punjab National Bank — non refund of money

                                my name is mohd. mohsin and i m currently pursuing in MBA in dehradun. I m having my saving a/c with pnb from last 4 years and my a/c no. is [protected] mainly opearted form ghaziabad.
                                My problems starts when I withdrew 1400 rs. from SBI ATM on 1 april 2009 the day which restriction on transaction from other ATM fee was removed. on that day i have given command to ATM but i was unable to get my money.
                                On next day i came to know that the amount has been deducted from my a/c. From that day to the day today, i am unbale to get my money back. i have made so many complaints and send a lots of mail to concerned authorities to help in this matter, BUT IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THEY NEED SOMETHING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. If somebody can help me out in this case PLZ help me.

I gone to withdrawn money through atm of dena bank (terminal no.DEBN09380) for Rs.1000. but machine is given me a slip showing that machine is unable to process but Rs. 1000 is debit from my account without giving money.on 29/12/2009 ,at12.42pm
                                    There was no response from my branch office of pnb.
                                    Therefore I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                    non receipt of payment but debit to account on 05-Apr-2010 card no.[protected] where as the message was transaction declined.so the transaction slip was not kept.but upon withdrawal from another ATM and perusal of the mini statement this has come into the notice that Rs.500 has already been debited to my account.
                                    The above transaction was conducted at PNB Baghpat Road Branch,MEERUT.Please look into it and credit of Rs 500 be afforded in my SB account.
