[Resolved] Poorvika Mobile World — Phone exchange controversy | |
Ir I have exchanged my mobile phone (Nokia 2300 without the headphones and charger) on 8.3.2008 at poorvika mobile world old - 213 / new 170, kabilvasthu complex, Purasawalkam high road, purasawalkam, chennai - 600 041. For a new samsung c160 and they said that if i return my headphones and charger to them they will refund me rs 200 on the bill paid. So when i went and asked them on 24.3.2008, they are said that its been too late now and we cant give any money for them and harshed me with abusive words when i asked them that you dint inform me in the beginning of the purchase. Poorvika Mobile World — No proper response about warranty and service centers.
I went to Poorvika mobiles, taramani for enquiring about the service centres as the phone I brought from Poorvika, taramani had problems with display.And the reponse from all the people at the outlet including the superviser was too bad.They were too arrogant and never gave proper reply.
