[Resolved] Popular Maruti Service, Trivandrum — POOR SERVICE | |||
Job card no. JC10022637 of POPULAR MARUTI SERVICES I gave my car for scheduled servicing to Popular Maruti service station in Trivandrum, Kerala. Though they have taken full charge for servicing but I don't think they have have done even 50% of the job and it was not cleaned and washed. Moreover, some technical problems in the car that I have told them to repair was not done. When I asked for explanation, they said, "we have shortage of manpower." When I took my car again to their service station (Job card No. JC[protected] after one week, they didn't have spare parts to resolve my problems. when I told them to wash my car, they said, "we don't have time now, you can keep your car here overnight or come later. I gave my car for accident claim and servicing to Popular Maruti service body station work shop at killipalam in Trivandrum. And was retained morethan 50 days to recover the damaged vehicle to full condition on insurance scheme. After release of the vehicle and used 400km I have noticed that the rear tyres has been abnormally weared.It was reported the Service Engineer in your body workshop and they have said that another claim has to be made Moreover. When I asked for explanation, they said, "They have not estimated the defect at the time of inspection during the insurance claim."It is known that the rear axle of vehicle having a small bend" which is not identi fied by your technicians:" I have enquired the insurance co and understood that the money has been paid to the popular.
In the circumstances, I request you to do the needful for my on side.Kindly respond at an early hours.
