After that they called me and told to upgrade the service for Rs 699 with that they will shuffle the tyres as they told rear tyre will be move to front as they are having less grip and one tyre from front will be replaced to Stepney tyre real issue starts with this
Next day I received the car after service as they said everything is perfect Unfortunately, I didn’t check the Stepney tyre My wrong trusting the service advisor
Recently when I open to clean my car boot space, I removed the Stepney tyre and shocked seeing it totally damaged
It was surely happened from the service staff and in the attached image you can see the tyre its stilled polished after wash
I know I am too late bcz I did not check the car with blindly trusting the service advisor
My concern is what if I had come up with changing the tyre in remote areas without having any Idea about what's the condition of my Stepney tyre
I don't think I will get justice or be compensated for being late in raising this complaint
Anyway, I just want to notice POPULAR MARUTI to be more aware about in training the service team so they don't have to hide their mistake and put customers life in risk
