On 30.07.15 I asked you to service the above vehicle Maruti alto LXI
When I collected the vehicle from you on 03.08.15, I was told that you had carried out a “full service”, had diagnosed faults like ac fault, painting, tyre rotation, viper etc and had put these right.But No action on the complaints mentioned in the job card . I am really disappointed with the service; first the amount of inconvenience caused was immense because of the delay. Second the car was not delivered in the proper condition request you to look into the matter and refund the amount.The bill for this work was Rs.8610.another major one is staff behaviour like harasment, torchering etc .
I look forward to receiving your cheque for Rs.8610, within the next 14 days.Should you fail to reimburse me, I shall have no alternative but to issue a claim against you in the county court for recovery of the money without further reference to you.
However, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Pre-Action Protocol, I would be willing to refer my case to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair, as I understand that they have a free conciliation and low cost independent arbitration scheme.
This would be a way of successfully resolving my dispute without resorting to legal action.

i gave my car ( KL 18 N 110-) in your madappally showroom for service, body work . they did not complete work neatly, and compliant not solved yet... please do the need ful...
