    I had taken car service from popular wheelers, vasna, ahmedabad branch for my car but he issued me a retail invoice instead of tax invoice even though i have provided my gstn. Due to this i was not able to take credit of gst @18% paid on annual maintainable of my car.

    This has resulted into not availment of gst by my firm of eligible credit.

    This non-cooperation by such companies result into loss of credit resulting in higher cash outflow of taxes for small businesses like us.

    We were assured by govt that gst being one tax in one nation it would be a seamless mechanism to get tax credits but such negligence by companies result into losses for small businessmen.

    I look forward to support from govt.

      This is to give a complaint regarding the poor service rendered by popular service centre thrissur.. It's a disgrace to the company to do so such an act like this... I had a breakdown of my car at my workplace where my car tyre punctured twice after recent servicing. That is Oct 26th... OK I agree that it must be due to some nail but just to change the tyre I was charged 420rs where the service man initially didn't ask for charges Due to recent servicing and then came home to collect the money... And moreover I had been calling service centre since 9am and nothing was told initially abt not able to do anything with the tyre at the service centre... If I had known that I wouldn't call anyone from the service centre.. And u know wat I was just charged 100rs to repair the tyre and change the tyre again which was done locally.. Which is wat the service centre also does. They do it from outside... Isn't this unfair..I called service centre so that there is no local involvement and that popular company gets involved only... This high charge of 420rs.. It won't do you any good bcoz cheating others and making money will fetch u nothing... ..pls think if it's right wat ur doing... Hope you will see to it..

        My car (New vehicle ciaz 191) was given to popular maruthy boady shop near karamana on 27/09/2017 with the damage of dicky and one rear light with gd report. Whlie taking the vihicle superwisers and the people in charge were given me the assurance that they will give back the vehicle with in a week. But to my regret today 16 day elapsed. Today itself (12/10/2017) they promised of giving back the vehicle. Late evening they said that they couldnt hand over even tomorrow (13/10/2017).

        Everytime i enquire the said that they are waiting for parts.

        If they initially communicated this delay i would have seek other options. This is highly painful for me who have long association with popular group. Hope you will enquirer the matter and take necessary redressel measures

          I have booked maruthi celurion vxi amt blue on[protected] thrugh popular vehicle nalanchira trivandrum outlet. It is promised me 30000/ offer and deliver the vehicle within 30 days at the most.
          I am very very sorry to inform you that till today vehicle not depatched and informed that the offer of 30000/ is not available now and onthe other hand i have to remit 17000/ more now the justification is that some small changes in the otlook of the vehicle done, stiil now it is not informed when i am getting the vehicle it is highly unfair to the customer. Purpose of booking is defeated, hence i compe l to cancell the booking no 051/srr/cr/6953

          customer has offered festival offer rs 30000 and after 40 days inform that no offer available and also customer being asked to pay more rs 17000 . why It is not to be considered cheatng and speak of very bad customer service ? i never expect like this from company like Maruthi,

            This is with regards to the fraudulent activity that i hav gone through when i had yo claim my rs 200 bike in the popular bajaj service centre ernakulam ayyappankaavu. I met with a small accident bt no human injuries bt bike just skid with a small dent on the side the panel and the handle got damaged. I planned to claim for the same and i went to the spare part showroom in ernakulam to claim it since it is been done there. The staff sharon said since it is b2b insurace we can change it. Later he said there is a patchwork on the radiator and that need to be done from outside workshop and charged 800for the same saying that we will get the money reimbursed however i dont think dat small incident can caude an impact to the radiator. Later they changed the alloys, disc, concept, side farring and it cost me 19000 and when the claim was approved just 11000 is wat i got. I payed whole 19000 including that radiator repair that cost me 800 as well which i believe is not done and they charged me. He said he would send another estimate to claim another 5000 and i have not received till date. I only know how i managed to arrange that amount and dat too i got the bike after 2 months after all the repair. Later when i asked the same he behaved so rudely that i need to check with the insurance company. This is not at all acceptable. I dont want this to happen for anyone else.

              Sir,

              I have booked maruti dzire vxi amt blue with the dealer popular vehicles and services, trivandrum branch.
              On 4th of august i have got an intimation letter from the dealership that the car has been despatched on 27th of july 2017.
              The letter also says, the car will be reaaching the dealership by 15 days.
              Based on that i have done the full payment for the car.
              But until now (26-08), the dealership is not confirming on the delivery date.
              The regional manager, regi varghese also not keeping his word.
              He changes his word two times.
              Please do the needful.

                I wrote a complaint against popular maruti on 19 aug 2017. As per your site the problem will be solved or attended by two days. I did not get any call from your staff side especially regarding this matter i inquired this problem with mrs thanmayi ccm chennai she told me i will report this matter to higher authority but no reaction or initiative to my complaint. My complaint no is 1669794. Could you please resolve this problem as early as possible.

                I am very sorry to inform u that delivery is too late(20/10/2017)that means today.the offer is not available to us.company cheated us it is not our fault only on the side of sales team pls solve this problem

                    I ramesh s mob no [protected] purchased a maruti ertiga vdi shvs from csd through from anna nagar chennai popular showroom and temp registration from chennai and permanent from kerala. Receipt of rc i mailed it to chennai. Mrs saumitra ([protected]) and mr rajeev ([protected]) was dealing with me. They assured me it will be receiving you as early. I enquired many time to mr rajeev and he told me it is on process from their account section. I asked him why you r not taking any bank account from me to transfer the amount then he told me that cheque will be collected from here or send it to your address. Then i enquired kottayam division then they gave me mrs sheela' s number ([protected]) she asked all stories and advised me to mail all the document and i have done it but unfortunately no reply from her side then approached to mrs linsi thomas ([protected]) she enquired to chennai customer care manager name not clear her no is [protected] spoken to her and saying that my application has rejected i don't understand why this happened as per their guidance only i am acting and as a customer why should i bear a loss from their shameful act all staff of popular staff dealing is very pathetic and it will spoil a big believed companies reputation (Mr anoop customer manager and mrs linsi thomas helped and they know what is customer relation. From a reputed company it is not at all accepted and the customer's faith to maruti is getting questionable. Hope a faithful judgement as early as possible.

                      i have given my swift KL18K-8093 vdi for 40000km service to popular service Center vatakara, (Madappally ) my car is miss used by these service partner, i found scratches on my car after servicing, and not even cleaned properly, i feel shame on this company M/s Popular service center (Madappaly )vatakara, I won't recommend any body to service in this company anymore, If your continuing your service like this very soon you can shutdown it.

                        I have booked an alto 800 in adimaly branch under mr. Deepu, your sales head last month. I have paid rs.40000/- (Rs.35000/- via cheque and rs.5000/- via account transfer). Further i had given two request letters to cancel the booking one last month and one this month. But your adimaly team has not taken this into consideration and now are threatening me that i will loose rs. 60000/- if i donot take the the car since tp is done. But i have given the first request letter before the loan was approved by hdfc. Your team has failed to stop this. I humbly request you to refund the amount since i am told today only by your adimaly staff ms. Athira that i had to pay rs.24000/- as extra amount. I am not in a position to pay this amount. I was assured that i only need to pay another 13000/- apart from rs. 40000/- since sbi loans could not be taken and hdfc loans could be taken. I thank the efforts taken by mr. Deepu but please popular do not do this to your customers. Because customers are your priority. I request only my advance back after your deduction of rs.250/-

                          15 days ago one of my customer bring his dzire car to our workshop for claim work. His car dashed with bike rider from front and his rhs fender, front bumper and bonnet had been damaged. Insurance company will only cove rhs fender and bonnet not cover only 2500 rs. Front bumper because customer also agree to pay painting charges rs.4500 according his policy but insurance company told that multiple lost happened in this case. What a cheep!!! 1 i request you to all please dont buy royal sunderram insurance. Customer will mentally harreshed from last 15 days. But still bruttle behavior continue from royal sundaram side.

                            I had purchased a wagon-r vxi-metallic bakers chocolote (Chase no ma3ewde1s00c04359ch - engine no k10bn7909684 on[protected] from popular vehicles and services ltd, nh vatakara and fitted other accessories. Reverse parking sensor and camera also fitted this vehicle for rs at about 12.500 /-. On checking the visible of the said camera is not clear. On verification i understood that the pixels of the camera is very poor. I approched the showroom after 1 week. The manager and staff verify the camera and opined that the camera may be replaced. I again approached the showroom and replaced front portion of the screen. But the camera is still existing. On verification it is low coast front view (It is fitted on the front mirror) the coast is 4000only. Then they said that the problems will solve after one week. I am still waiting their call. But no response from that end. Actin may kindly be taken to replace the low coast items urgently.

                              I have booked the maruti shift desire tour at popular vehicle at chennai anna nagar branch on 08.02.17, name, d. Raja. Almost 4 months completed.

                              But not yet get the vehicle, i have many times gone to show room to enquired of my vehicle status. They told irresponsible answer like all are maruti mistakes & not our mistake

                              I came to know that maruti service is good but no response from your showroom manager mr. Rajkumar (Popular vehicle anna nagar branch chennai)

                              Pls look into the below mail for amount paid details and no reply details from popular vehicle.

                              Note: last 4 months i am very disturbed because of the above reason.
                              Also for the past 4 months no feed back (Massage or mail) from your showroom.

                              Need your positive reply urgently.

                                I have made a service in popular service at Rettery. Whereas in phone call and Bill rates are different. Totally unsatisfied with the last service. Loosing my money not knowing anything regarding on this.

                                  I have a complaint reagarding with your service.
                                  When I approached your thrissur service centre for my car's 3rd free service on[protected], I did Teflon coating on my car by the compelling of your staffs. After the service, I got my car on[protected] evening . But there is full of scratches on my car where you did Teflon coating. When I came again to your service centre raising my complaint on[protected], after analysing all, your staffs said that they can't solve this- please come back on[protected]. They also committed the faults. I have already lost my leave on[protected]. I had monetary loss and time loss because of your service.
                                  What a poor service you are giving to your customers ?
                                  Why are you doing and compelling all these things if there is any limitations in your branch ?
                                  What is the solution for this problem ?
                                  If I don't get any positive response from your side, I will take legal actions against you. Hoping a positive response and good solution from your side regarding with this complaint.

                                    I Mrs Sminy thomas T, had purchased Alto 800 on sep 16. He was very arrogant and irresponsible through out the dealing. for eg. he says he will give me receipt today evening, but i will be getting only 2, 3 days delayed, that also after sending sms, he never attends my call. They didnt add my initial on insurance n in temporary reg. they made me n my family weight for 2 1/2 hrs for delivering the car. He said rs 8500/- for kenwood stereo with fitting charge n aerial. but during car delivery there was no Ariel, he said you have to pay extra rs 750/-. i am CHEATED. still i didn't complaint. now when my permanent RC book came initial is missing. again i called him, he took original RC n Adhar card n told he will give it back by evening. but didint. then i called f
                                    him no response . then i sms him n his manager. .today morning he brought it. and scolded my husband Dr. Tom Jose. this should not happen to any body . that's why i am complaining. its is an insult from a prestigious company with a good track record. there r lot of bad thing happend in between which i don't want to write here. plse kindly do the needful. our family has been using maruti since 1984. thank you.

                                      My swift vdi car was a complaint and I gave the car in popular kottarakkara for checking the complaint.after check up they told there is battery pblm only and there is no other pblm with the vehicle.next day I charged the battery for 24 hrs .on the next day during the driving it is noticed that there is some sound from the vehicle.on 31st December I complained about this matter in the no.[protected].but till date nobody contacted me.

[address-north service centre, near lisie hospital, kochi.] my car center lock is not working. I inform to service centre and there is no action taken for rectifying the issue. I call the service centre on[protected]
                                        And the response is that the service engineer will come and rectify the complaint on[protected]. But the engineer is not come and again i call the service centre on[protected], morning but the response is that"i call the engineer and inform u sir". But till this time there is no response from the concerned authority. I face lot of problems while driving the car because of center lock issue.... I expect a positive response from you..

                                        I am shyam from Eramalloor{Alappy], inform u that after my paid car service[[protected]] in popular service centre . [Address-North Service centre, Near Lisie Hospital, Kochi.] my car center lock is not working.I inform to service centre and there is no action taken for rectifying the issue.I call the service centre on[protected]
                                        and the response is that the service engineer will come and rectify the complaint on[protected].But the engineer is not come and again I call the service centre on[protected], morning but the response is that" I call the engineer and inform u sir". But till this time there is no response from the concerned authority. I face lot of problems while driving the car because of center lock issue. ...I expect a positive response from you .

                                        The above Complaint still didn't solve.Need to change defective parts at the earliest
                                        If you are unable to resolve the issue kindly return my vehicle with a new vehicle after a week l will be leaving the vehicle at your showroom
                                        We raised a complaint thrice but no solved.
                                        Customer care manger toled we send report tyre vendor.I call sales exicutive but he is telling iam busy

                                        Very worst service experience in popular authorised service center at malapuram kottakkal. I got a alto800 car on 4 months ago, i gave my car for second service in popular service center in kottakkal on 14. 5.2018. They had damaged my car very irresponsibly manners. I shame about popular service. I don't get my car until now. I think solve my problem immediately.
