Complaint marked as Resolved I had to escalate to find a resolution. If customer service works only this way, then its better to set the expectation as such with consumer. Each time - consumers should "escalate" every matter to gain attention and receive prompt service, else it will be overlooked as in this case. Popular motors I assumed is most recognized but this incident made me think otherwise. Issue got attention from works manager who promised to deliver the car in couple of days (being in the workshop for almost 20 days) they could finalize the pending work and get back to me with ETA. Thank you!
