[Resolved]  post office savings account — Service problems- Duplicate Pass Book Issue

Dear Friends,

I have Opened a Saving Account in Survey Of India Post Office Located Near Uppal In HYDERABAD thinking their service will be better, But unfortunately i am facing a SERIOUS problem here with the person who is incharge of this PO.

I have Lost my pass book recently and informed them quickly. My wife went several times with my small kid to know the status, but their slow response and rude behaviour made us to write this.

I requested that person to describe the procedure for applying for a duplicate book, he narrated a whole story and if go with the procedure in life time i will not get my Pass Book.

I feel very pity by the way our Postal department Works, I do not know whom should i discuss this issue, Their intention is not CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When i called the customer service center at Kachiguda Post Office(Survey Of India Post Office comes Under this PO) they kept the phone down withour properly answering my call. Such a pathetic service by our respectable Department.

Kindly advice me with your valuable suggestion to resolve this issue
