[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — delay in activation of postpaid connection

Hi,

My name is Ketki Fadnavis working in KPIT Cummins info systems PUNE Hinjewadi.

I applied for corporate plan of KPIT Cummins (new number-[protected]) in Vodafone office kothrud Pune.

The person who was responsible for proceeding request is Mr.Sujit (mobile number: [protected]) who assured me that number will be activated within 24 hrs.

I handed over all document to him on Wednesday 19th November 2008, till Saturday 22nd Nov number was not activated.

On Saturday he told address proof verification will be done on Sunday 23 rd Nov, still nobody came for verification.

Actually we have cab facility in our office so we have to update roaster for cab every Wednesday in which I updated my new number ([protected]).

Now Problem is that cab driver got my new number ([protected]) which is not activated so he was not able have contact with me, so on Monday(24th Nov) I went by auto

Now on Monday I called again Mr.Sujit he said verification guy will come to your office, still nobody came.

I called him again today (25th Nov) He told me that your application has been rejected.

He did not give me valid reason for rejection so I ask to handle call to your boss.

I had a word with his Boss Mr.Tapan (Mobile number-[protected]) who told me that he will proceed further and will activate number till 8PM today

Till now my number is not activated and nobody is responding whenever I called on both the numbers, I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible else I need to escalate this matter to higher level
