On 2nd June 2008, I have lodged a complaint regarding false assurance by your personnel about a CUG plan with my husband's no.[protected] which is company paidlineand CUG is not at all possible. Hence, I have already telephonically informed about surrender of my number and I am very sorry to say that both the complaint and surrender of my number is unattended inspite of several reminders to your executives. I immediately need a reply to my complaint and please cancel my number at the earlist.
