[Resolved]  Postpaid Connection — Wrong ECS Debit

I had paid Rs4000/-(Rupees four thousand only), in Cash towards my airtel mobile bill for Sep'08 on 30th Sep2008.

Also the an amount of Rs4250/-(Rupees Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Only) has been deducted from my bank account (through ECS) as on 10/10/2008.

Before paying Rs4000/- i had already confirmed from the customer care(on # 121), wherein two of the officials miscommunicated that if I pay Rs4000/- at that point of time, my ECS will not be debited... And only the remaining bill amount will be debited(i.e.,[protected]=250).

This is totally a miscommunication from your end.

And also I confirmed the same form one of the Airtel Dealers who communicated the same info to me.

I logged in a complaint thru mail but no response received till now...(complaint Docket #[protected].. Please do the needful... I have other commitments too...
do not delay on this...
