[Resolved] Prepaid Idea Care. — Rs.200 Exhausted Games Loaded?

I got a coupon of Rs.222/-loaded in first week of Nov.2008 and Total Balance became Rs.250/ then. On 13th midNight I could not pass message to my son in Canada from my mobile No.[protected] getting a message on screen "No Balance available". I contacted Customer Care [protected] of "M/s Idea" from my Landline Phone at 00-20 hrs to find out as to where the Balance Vanished? I was informed to my querry that I had loaded 2 Games costing Rs.100/-each.This is absolutely false.I tried to confirm today also from Idea Care but the same reply is same which is incorrect. I have been using Idea for the past many Years and this kind of thing is absolutely a cheating. I, at my age of above 70years am a simple user and do not play Games but use it only in Emergencies. Iam a customer of Idea.I am using Idea connection only for accessing internet.Since i am an MBA student, Idea's 9 per day plan was very beneficial for me.Now company stop the plan, but it promised its existing customers (who are having the Rs9 per day plan) to access internet upto Feb 2009 at the prevailing rate.But now the company changed its word to the existing customers.Nw i have to access internet for Rs.35 per day instead of 9 per day.Being a student it is unaffordable 4 me, Take necessary action against the company for not keeping its word / advice the company to make a new plan at reduced rates for students.

Motorola — balace got reduced by 100 rupee for no usuage of any thing

sir,having been using the network,i respect ur way of doing things(there is reduction on 29th november around 100 rupee) ,but reducing my balance for no reason is quite pinching for me ,correct ur version and get back my balance,make sure u do the best and hope u add my balance in my mobile pocket soon,thanq.....kalyan([protected])

I am want to recharge NEWSTD33 plan from yesterday . But idea no *147*1#, *212#, and so many no. of idea is not working and to day morning shift customer care about 15 minute taken but not help me .I want to tell me why this service of recharge held up(*369*33#)why customer care not help me and answer given on phone.
