[Resolved]  Provident Fund Withdrawal — PF Withdrawal cheque misplaced by Axis Bank

Hello Sir,

I had placed the request for PF withdrawal in the month of March 2009. I got the status of my withdrawal request from PF department website as below.

59768 / Employee No : 019.

Receipt_no Type status remarks
29095681 Form 19 Settled Your Claim is Settled and dispatched on
31/07/2009. Cheque No. 711551 for Rs. 60764 has been sent AXIS
BANK,SEC-62, NOIDA, UP

I enquired in Axis Bank and they told me that they havent received this PF cheque. The bank manager
refused to give me in writing that they haven't received the cheque.

I have writtent to PF Office complaint cell ( acc.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in ) also to get clarification on how can
I request for issual of cheque again, but got no reply.

Please help me!
