Recently I was travelling from Pune to bangalore via Udyan Express on 22nd Oct 2011. We reached station in time(before 30 minutes of train arrival) but there was no announcement on which platform the train will come. This created chaos. It was really difficult to board the train as my parents and kid also were with me. Platform number was announced on just last moment. Imagine the situation. My suggestion is atleast they should announce platform number before 20 minutes of train arrival. Was this information helpful? |
