Pune Railway Station — Ticket counter not open-poor response

I am vinodh, today i reached pune around 6.30am from my hometown.and my local train schedule was 6.50 am, so i went to ticket counter to get the ticket 5/- rupees,
Their is only one counter open and fully crowded and it will take hardly 30 -40 minutes to take the ticket and crowd is getting surround the counter.no police take responsobility to control.

My complaint is avialbility of counter is large number, but opened is only one..at this peak time what people can do .

I travelled in local without ticket and fined(260 rupees) for that also.

My question is, their is four squad members are checking the tickets during 7.00 am.why can't the railways not appointing for ticket counters during this peak hours.
Really i am worried about this conditions,
I dont know this complaint will register or not,
My rights is to complaint and i have the rights to ask this questions.

So please treat the passengers as good as good,
Really bad day after diwali .
