[Resolved] Pure IT — Battery kitt is failed | |||
Hi, My Name is Brajesh Mehra, I bought pure it in Jan-2010, this was served good, but after 4 months Battery kitt has been faild. Then I purchased new battery kit in May 6, 2010. but after 10-11 day this new battery start showng red indicator on it. this mean change new battery. I made conmplaint to customer care but no respopnse till after 1 week. Very poor service. On the time of purchsing, Pure it sales executive force me to buy this product however I allredy booked aqua guard (I had paid 500/- as advance to Eureka Forbs which is not refund to me till now). and Finally now I am reliase that I had taken a bad dicission to buy pure it. Please replace battery kitt ASAP. I am writing this complaint from my office and my customer id is not here, so when I purchse pure it my cell phone number was ([protected]), I know by this number you will be trak my customer ID number also.
