[Resolved] Pureit, Hindustan Unilever — water not getting filtered | |||
1. I brought a Pure it water filter on 04-Jun- 2010 from Variety Hall Agencies,TULSI MALL, Coonoor (T.N). The bill No is 3740, TIN No is [protected] & CST No is 330222 dt 17.7.71. 2. Since Oct 2010 the filter has stopped filtering water. On giving the complaint to Variety Hall Agencies a person was sent who also came after I had to remind them at least three times. He cleaned the filter and it worked for about a week but not as it used to initially. 3. I dont whom to approach for getting the filter replaced as it is causing a lot of problem as far as the health is concerned. 4. I had put this complaint two months back also but no reply has been received till date. It is a shame that a company like hindustan unilever has such a poor customer care services, it seems this product which they had launched is a failure & the company itself doesn't know how to correct it. 5. 2. In Oct last week the water stopped getting filtered into the main container, on giving complaint to Tulsi Mall the so called engineer came after repeated reminders. He told me that the filter had got blocked and then he cleaned it under the running water and filled the filter with water. The water got filtered however took lot of time.
3. Now again the water has stopped getting filtered since 15 Dec 10.
4. It is not understood as to what is the problem and the service engineer being sent is not qualified to rectify the same, the company as it claims is not living upto its reputation.
