PureIT Water Filter — Bad Service | |||
BEWARE ALL CONSUMERS. I am a user of Pure it water filter manufactured and marketed by Hinustan Uniliver. My customer ID # [protected]. Though on TV ads Hind Uniliver publicises that Rs. 1.00 Crore reward will be given, But this is just a gimmick. Claiming that a new long life water battery enabling to filter more than 2200 liters of water they sold me one battery but immediately after 1000 liters it started to give trouble and in 12 hours hardly 6 liters of water got filtered. On making complaints they replaced a part saying some defets occured in this hence replacing FREE. Next time again when I ordered new baeetery they insisted to buy long life battery and assured that defects were rectified and now the service will be hassel free. But same problem continued. Next time when I specifically requested for battery with 1500 liters filter capacity. But to my surprise this battery also started to give trouble merely after 700-800 liters. Though we maintain the machines as demonstrated by the service technicians, do the pumping and cleaning regulary every 3-4- day but problem never ended. Beware all consumers dont trust this company. Make sure your hard earned money is not spoiled in a machine that does not work properly. Was this information helpful? | |||

I request all customers cheated by HUL who loses their money by buying pureit & spending on battery kit purchase, plzzzzzzzzzz dont leave this matter a common. Complaint against this consumer cheating with Consumer Court n let us Fight against HUL unitely.. Defenitely we can Pureit. ie. taking out of HUL from Indian consumer market. Come on plzzzzzz.. Lets start our duty.
