[Resolved] Pushpak Courier — Non-delivery of the material

I have booked a packet through ushpak courier from jaipur to raipur (CG) on 06.01.11 vide dcoket number 42806. But till date it has not been delivered at the desired destination.
Beside this the courier agency is not able to give any satisfactory answer. I am feeling helpless now and have now started to believe that my packet has been misplaced by the courier agency.
It is requested to the concerned authorities to take strict action against such irresponsible service providers.

I have couriered an important document on 3rd of July 2011 from Sikar to Jaipur but till now it hasn't been delivered.I have been running after the staff of the company but there is no positive response from them.Even they dont bother to pick the phone call.Will not suggest anybody to avail the courier services from this company.
