[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Online Transaction Failed - Money Not Refunded | |||
I tried booking 2 tickets for "The Devil" on the 6th of November 2010 through PVR's website http://www.pvrcinemas.com using HDFC netbanking, but before I could complete the booking the transaction timed out. An amount of Rs. 500 was debited from my account and hasn't yet been refunded. [CCA[protected]Avenues India Ltd, Cheque No. C[protected]] I have emailed both [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, but there has been no reponse so far. I really don't understand how a giant enterprise like PVR can afford to be so callous and irresponsible. Can someone please tell me what to do about this? Who do I take this up with? Its a sheer that the company like PVR is doing this. Shame on PVR.
