I want to make a complaint regarding a Cab that I ordered on27 feb 2009(Request#11260). I placed an order at 3:10pm and asked for a cab to report at my place at 3:45pm.However, the driver informed me that he will reach around 4:00pm.I still agreed to wait irrespective of the delay.The Driver didnt report till 4:20pm.I did call the driver twice.He said he was stuck in a jam.Then, I spoke to Mahendra in Customer Services.He was least helpful insted he misguided me saying that I had cancel the cab.The experience was pathetic.I did send a complaint mail to their Business Leader([protected]@quickcabs.in) but I received no reply.
Prompt reply would be highly appreciated .
