As a cab service, Quick Cabs should and must take all bookings... but for my surprise they always deny service when the distance is shorter...When i raised this issue with the customer care...they said they can only pass on my request to the drivers and this is up to them to accept my request...
First of all...In most of the countries Drivers are told only point of pickup and not Drop just to avoid this problem.
Secondly... They are running a critical service and they cannot deny it by simply citing this reason...
I am going ahead and filing a formal complaint with the consumer forum.
