Understandng that you are a busy with lot of time shortage I am cutting short the entire incident into bullet points:
1. I called your call center at June 19 2009 at around 2245 hrs to book a cab for June 20 2009 from 1 Hanuman rd. CP Delhi to Palam Vihar Gurgaon.
2. Booking confirmed: id: 59632 with CAB details Cab no DL 1RY 1030 driver name Vishnu(1108) /Inderjeet (1044) Ph no. [protected] booked for 12 noon June 20 2009.
3. Cab reported pickup point 1hr and 10 min late.
4. Total cargeable Km as vconfirmed by the driver and the meter was 36 (on the higer side) he chared my wife 420rs insted of 342 with the standard rate of 9.5, when resisted he landed in a heated argument. She paid off Rs 420
5. When my wife reported the incident I called up the call center to ask them to get the amount refunded from the driver. The lady who answered the call said that "when you are well educated why did you give him more money. It was your fault" when insisted she arranged a call back with in 10 min.
6. I recieved no call back. I call the call center again and have to repeat the whole story again. A new executive insisted that the fault is mine and was sounding very rude and offencive. Again she said I will call back after checking with the driver.
7. No call recieved, I called the call center again and the lady with the name Ritu answered the call rudly and when she again stated that it was my fault that i did not calculated the money before giving it to the driver. I lost my self and gave vent to my fustration that insted o[censored]nderstaning my concern company is holding me reposible for all harrasement.
9. I recieve another sms confirming my booking request at 3:10 request no 661, which i never made.
8. Worst was yet to come when i recieved a call from a lady from [protected] abusing me and threatening me of life as because i lost my self on Call center.
I hope booking a cab from Quick Cabs was a biggest mistake that i made towards the security of my family..
