[Resolved] Raheja Developers P Ltd — CHEQUE RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUND | |
My Pf a/c no is DL/34162/19 and applied for refund in OCT'08. I had written complaint about non receipt of my amount but no acknowledgement has ever beeen received till date. To my surprise, I received mobile alert that my account no[protected] has been debited of an amount Rs.110/-. as i have not deposited any cheque. on enquiring from bank, they have sent me cheque no 331368 dtd 15/05/09 issued by State Bank Of India, Nehru Place ( Micr code[protected] as returned due to insufficient fund by ICICI bank, I donot know what to do-- 1. whether to deposit again or 2. check from whom when to be deposited or 3. who shall reimburse my charges deducted by the bank? can any body tell me or mail me - sk.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |

You all should file recovery suits under Order-37 CPC in DELHI which is more effective and expeditious remedy for recovery of money rather than approaching to consumer courts, which takes lot of time.
Do also file criminal complaint in EOW (Delhi Police) since the Registered Office of the Company is in Delhi.

As per govt of India...from January 2017..Service Tax is not mandatory in restaurants.But I see the restaurants in Raheja Mindaspace Hyderabad are imposing service tax on customers.They ae restaurants like Melting pot in Raheja mindspace...They put service tax in bill making it mandatory to pay.But it is optional.They should make optional in bill.

Raheja Developers Pvt. Ltd — Fund not received yet
My PF A/c No is DL/34162/19. The EPF & EPS forms duly signed receipt on revenue stamps were submitted to the company & they had sent acknowledgement card duly stamped by RPF office, 60, Skylark Bldg, Nehru Place dtd 20/10/2008. My Bank S/B a/c no is [protected] with CBI karkardooma ( Code No[protected]. The same has not been yet credited to my account.I could not transfered the account as I am not working any more since July, 2007. Pls help & get credited the amount directly to my account.
