[Resolved] Railway complaint — MISS CONDUCT ON RAILWAY STATION | |||
Respected, sir i am rajesh shukla.i have to request u to plz do a enquiery of railway counters.i have gone to take reservation ticket at malad mumbai there are many unauthorised agents standing in line and the malad station master,head ticket clerk and RPF officers are also in contact with them i have gone to place complaint but there is no action taken on them so please take a strick action on it all the passengers are in trouble please help us i was stanting in line on first in line because i was gone there early there were 4 more passengers came early and after us the agents came they are talking something with rpf man and then the rpf man have putted us out of line by telling that u 5 passengers are standing wrongly then i have gone to complaint against rpf officer at station masters office he told i cant do anything then i gone to head ticket clerk he also told these is not our problem i cant help u so pease take a strick action against these the rpf officers/man name are as follow. 1]R.K JHA 2]M BIRARE plz take a strick action against them if requiered i will also come where it will be requiered My contact details are as:[protected]@yahoo.in Was this information helpful? | |||

I AM ARUN KUMAR BEHERA FROM ORISSA.STAYING IN HYDERBAD ANDHRAPRADESH.
TODAY THAT IS[protected] AT THE TIME OF EARLY MORNING 03.00 AM
I WENT FOR TATKAL BOOKING AT UMDANAGAR RAILWAYSTION (ANDHRAPRADESH) BUT I WAS FAILED TO BOOK THE TICKET .BECAUSE THE
STATION MASTER HE WAS NOT READY UP TO 08.00 HRS IN COMPUTER SECOND THINGS HE WAS GIVING TICKET TO LOCAL TRAIN AT THE SAME TIME TO OTHER PEOPLE AND HE WAS VERY CRUEL TO TATKAL PASSENGER.HE WAS ROUGHLY TREATING TO THEM.
SO PLEASE CHOOSE A RESPONSIBILITY STATIONMASTER FOR UMDANAGAR RAILWAY STATION.
