sir

i am rajesh shukla.i have to request u to plz do a enquiery of railway counters.i have gone to take reservation ticket at malad mumbai there are many unauthorised agents standing in line and the

malad station master,head ticket clerk and RPF officers are also in contact with them i have gone to place complaint but there is no action taken on them so please take a strick action on it all the passengers are in trouble please help us i was stanting in line on first in line because i was gone there early there were 4 more passengers came early and after us the agents came they are talking something with rpf man and then the rpf man have putted us out of line by telling that u 5 passengers are standing wrongly then i have gone to complaint against rpf officer at station masters office he told i cant do anything then i gone to head ticket clerk he also told these is not our problem i cant help u so pease take a strick action against these the rpf officers/man name are as follow.
