I am a citizen of erode.I am talking about the theft that took place when I was travelling in surat -malda express on 26.04.2016.I reached raipur and got down there itself.When I reached my home at raipur, then I got to know about the theft that had taken place.The ornaments worth Rs.15000 was lost.Till date I have not received any reply by railway authorities.I have already complained and I am again complaining about it.I hope now that immediate...

Hello,
I booked an e-ticket for Janashadhabdhi express from Kochi to trivandrum on 27th June 2008 at 12 pm. I also got the confirmation seat. But the railway site (domain) went down around 12:30 pm and i couldn't take the printout of my ticket from the website. When i enquired about it to concerned officials and even TTR's, no one was aware of how to help such a customer. They were simply blaming me as though it...
