Exccess Fare Charged During the Journey
Dear Sir/Madam,


I have booked my e-ticket from mumbai to surat by Paschim Exp Train No 2925. my pnr no.[protected].This PNR contains two passenger incuding and my small kids with me. For ID Proof I have mummy Senior citizen age proof and her electioncard cuz i forget to bring my marriage gagette copy on which my name is kajal naik. T C has checked the ticket authorise us for journey from Bandra Terminal. I showed my mummy Elction card and senior citizen proof but he asked for my proof I requested him that i have forget at my home in surat i will ask my husband to bring than only i will leave surat station. i told him that i m a physical handicap lady you see only because of id proof you dont punish me than also he not ready to listen he asked me Rs.744.00 EXCESS FAREto pay and he force me to do so and he miss guided that if your true proof you have than you will get refund in surat station tt office platform no.1 i aggreed cuz he told me and he promise me and i paid the amount. cuz he said otherwise you will punish by court you get 6month jail so i paid him thing that i have proof i will show to surat station tt i will get my refun back but when i went to surat i went my resident place and 6pm same day i went to surat station tt office but they told me that you will not get refund at that time i got shocked that the tt cheated and misguided a handicap lady Sir i took a full tiket and that is confirmed and i have one proof of my mum than why the tt cheated and misguided to me i 744 + 160+awaiting charges of Auto 100my auto charge from surat stn to parle point now tel if we are taking a confirm tkt only because proof this much panelty and misguidance. I request you to take action on that tt his name is Amit Kumar Sharma ID no.A004089 of Andheri and Mr.Choudhary i dont know is Id no i want my 744 and i want my auto fare which i paid because of his misguidance.The station master Mr. Nitin has told us the statement made by checking staff for refund of money is incorrect. Now this means for a single journey i have paid Rs.262 for my pnr 744.00Exccess Fare Charged During the Journeyand my 260. this way railway officer behave with handicap people.

Please advice us what i can do in this matter. How can i will get my exccess money charged by Checking Staff. I have also kept the origional receipt charged by checking staff.

My Name is sanjeev shah I have booked a ticket from indian railway and my PNR No :[protected] and ticket no is 45814300 from 2445 Uttar sampark kranti from N.delhi to Udhampur and date of journey was[protected].

The thing is when i checked my PNR status it was showing RAC 72 and when i reached the station in chart there is no name of me then i checked again then it was showing the WL/8 but in that also i had not found my name when i asked the TC they told me i am not responsible for that after that i came to know that there is No S1 coach is connected for that they put our name in waiting that was not a excuss after that they have taken a 100 Rs from then they provide me seat before that he is not ready to give seat without money and you are providing the RPF for our protection they are also like that onlty they are telling if you give a 200 Rs they i will provide u a seat what is that ...I want a answer of that...


Second incident is when i gone to deposit my luggage in clock room they told me that now it is 07:50 Am not its time to close and the real time is 08:00 and after that one lady came and they deposit there luggage after my que they told me that was our right in break time and how they are using a abussing language shame on railway you are there to help us not to insult us and they are telling we are Govt servant what we want that we will do where u want to complain you complain we are not bother about it





Please i want a proper answer from your side ...

I ravel from bharuch to Godhara in Firozpur Janata Exp 9023 Train, Western railways.
There are group of Holligans/regular traveller in the train who force fully retain a sitting space for a traveller who is boarding the train at the next stop.
During my travel i ask to TT why they are sitting with ordinary ticket in sleeper class, the TT told they are travelling regularly and you travell at once you adjust him.
Its really difficult for a single person/ new person to get a place even if one can reservaed ticket.
This is a regular picture in this train.
Request you to pls look into this matter.

on 7th dec. i travelled from howrah to puri by 8409 exp..No seperate rake arrived, at the last moment atrain from Bomay was transformed to Sri. Jagannath express/ no safety check was made/no cleaning was made /one can well imagine the pathetic condition of the traveller.

Railway complaint — EXCHANGE OF PASSENGERS

1] KISSAN EXPRESS FROM BATHINDA TO DELHI AND BATHINDA TO GANGASAR STARTS THEIR JOURNEY FROM PLATFORM NO 1AT 06.55 AM AND 07.05AM .WHICH CONFUSES THE PASSENGERS AND THEY ARE EXCHANGED.THEY TRAVEL IN THE WRONG TRAIN DUE TO THIS CONFUSION.

2] BATHINDA RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT BOTHERS ABOUT IT .SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER PLEASEEEEEEE
