Railway Tickets — not getting tickets of vapi valsad surat etc from mumbai suburban station

Respected Sir,
I have done this same complaint on[protected] by site of icomplaint and again doing this complaint, that i have requested the ticket for surat of "SUPERFAST EXP" (DATED[protected] TIME- 13.30). The booking clerk present on the counter of jogeshwari stn refused me ticket and said you will get the ticket from borivali as i have the note of Rs 500=00 ,i punched CVM of Rs 6=00 which is fare of jogeshwari to borivali.By the i reached borivali by 13.50hrs and stand in que for ticket of surat as there closing time of counters there was long que by the time SURYANAGARI EXP and KARNAVATI EXP had been departed from the borivali stn hence i missed my both the train due to this system.
So please change this system as early as possible. So by which passenger like me cannot lost the time by waiting for next train for hours
