[Resolved]  Railway Tickets — Refund o[censored]nconfirmed tickets,

Sir,

I have online booked railway tickets through irctc to travel from Hubli to Adoni on 06.06.2009 by Haripriya Express and waitlisted. On the day of travel after preparation of chart, I found that our ticket for the subject travel our 4 names were not listed on the chart. On enquiry at Hubli RS, it is informed that the ticket was not confirmed and hence no names were listed and the e-ticket is not valid. We have to purchase another ticket and forcd to travel by general compartment.

Hence, I request you to kindly arrange the refund of the money at the earliest.

1. Train late more than 3 hours so, I require refund. PNR NO. [protected], Train NO. 2834 HWH to ADI Exp, dated 31 Dec o9, 'Transction ID [protected]. Please take necessary action and give me refund.

I HAD BOOKED ON 24.4.2011 IN THE NAME OF SMIRTI PRASAD FOR THE JOURNEY FROM PUNE TO TATA NAGAR BY AZAD HINDU EXPRESS BY 3 A/C ON 26.04.2011 . THE CHARGE OF RS. 1306/- TOWARDS THE ABOVE TICKET WAS DEBITED TO THE SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO.[protected] ON 24.04.2011 THE TICKET WAS WAITLISTED. I COULD NOT TRAVEL BECAUSE THE ACCOMMODATION WAS NOT AVAILABLE TILL LAST MINUTE.

MY PNR NO. [protected] TRANSACTION NO. [protected]

SINCE I DID NOT TRAVELLED DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE ABOVE TRAIN I DID NOT CANCEL THE TICKET AS THE REFUND AMOUNT WOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY MADE TO MY ACCOUNT.

TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUND . PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REFUND. TKU.
AFTER A PERIOD OF 3 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM RAILWAYS. HOPE THEY WILL ATTEND TO IT. I HAVE SENT REMINDAR TODAY. I.E. 28.06.2011.
