[Resolved]  Reader's Digest — Free gift

You send out in your mail a "claim your free surprise gift" with a web site www.readersdigest.com.au/gift rewards, to go to but when you try and find it you can't. Whatever site you pick doesn't help.

The Free giftrewards seems to be a big big Hoax. My telephone complaint to "Readers Digest" got no response. I have been a member for about 30 years, and am yet to win anything from them. Promisses, promisses, all empty words. It is time to make an investigation into their prize giving.

I agree I also tried the giftrewards online and nothing happened. D Dartnell A/c [protected]
I think the readersdigest has gone downhill in the last year or two. Where are the jokes at the bottom of the pages? The whole magazine seems to be full of ads. I am considering telling my son-in-law to stop paying for this annual gift to me.
when i log onto www.readersdigest.com.au/giftrewards i am unable to access website that your company provided on the "Claim Your Free Surprise Gift Card" this is the 2nd time i have tried, i tried last month 06/06/2010 and now this month 21/07/2010 i am very disappointed. I will not renew my subscription if Readers Digest is being dishonest, please rectify this website so we all can claim our FREE* mystery gift!. A/C no: [protected]
