Reader's Digest — Readers Digest Subscription Not recieved

This is to bring into you kind notice that, I had applied for monthly subscription of Reader's Digest Book for Year 2009, for which Pre- payment of Amt.Rs.379 has also made from my ICICI Credit CARD. But till date I have not received any subscription copy.

Besides, there were some assured gift coupons & lucky draw coupons sent to me which were returned to you as per instructions. Kindly let me know the status of the same.

I have also paid for Readers Digest for the year of 2009 and it was with somme assured gife offer. I have subscribed and payment has been deducted from my ICICI credit card but till date i have not received any gift or even readr's digest copy.
It's clear cur froud in day light.

it is all to sell books. nothing more. in plain language, it is a polished cheating practice

regularly i receive correct letters from you and i reply it the next day, but till now you have sent that you are confirmed of winning the readers digest sweepstakes, but again in the next letter you are telling that the winner of sweepstakes will be selected in the November .Finally you are telling that you will receive the next letter where the winner of the sweepstakes will tell you in this letter and so i received the letter where the winner is not told and in letter you are again saying you receive it in the next letter where the winner of the sweepstakes will tell you and telling the same thing in every letter which i receive, so the correct information of the letter is not telling that we are winning the sweepstakes or not.

After paying the amount asked for for 2 years subscription in January, 2009, till date no copy have been received.

This is to bring your kind notice that, I had paid my all subscription of Reader's Digest Book for the Year 2009, as per my record, but still your accounts are showing my outstanding and billing me with two different name's ie RAVI PURUSHOTTAM SAVE and RAVI PURUSHOTTAM SAVV on my same address, for which I have already communicated to rectify the errror for the same.
I herewith request you to send me all details of my orders along with payment which I have made you earlier it help me to settle your dues and maintain our smotth relation as bieng your LOYAL CUSTOMER
Please do the needful as early as possible.
