Hi,
1. I have purchased appartment in December 2005 at Kondapur, Hyderabad. In the building plan and sale deed there is an approval of G+2 appartment. Builder has left cellar for parking and built 3 floor + pent house. As per GHMC, they are considering cellar as ground floor and based on that they are saying that there is no approval for 3rd floor. And they are asking me to pay 76,000 for building penalization.
2. Builder has violate the rules in building so, why should consumer pay for it? And more over as per sale deed, the builder should take care of the building transformer but there is no response from him on that.
3. As there was severe voltage problems, all the flat owners has contributed for the transformer and installed it. And there is a water leakage among the entire appartment since from past 2 years.
4. Parking is also not alloted yet.
So, please look into it and do the needful.
