[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — Failed recharge and no refund | |||
i have recharged through this 'rechargeitnow.com' for my Sun direct on 9-5-10 for Rs. 130 thro SBI net banking,... amount was deducted but, recharge was not done... i was in hurry, so i tried once more with SBI Debit card,.. but the result was same.. I hve posted complaint on the same day.. Still i havent received any feedback from them... My money is neither refunded nor recharged... Track ID : [protected] Pl help... The refunds for both of your transactions are processed and the amount for the same will be credited to your bank a/c within 5-7 working days.

Is it true? I hav jst Started using rechargeitnow for onlin rechrging. I can c many complaints lik ths reg rechareitnw in this site !

Yesterday I tried to recharge my mobile No. [protected] for Rs. 100 /- through www.rechargeitnow.com and used Net Banking ( Axis Bank ) and after successful payment , I got a mail that Failed recharge . Then again I tried immediately for the same cell no. and same amount and again same result .
After launching complain on their web site , I got Rs.100 /- creditied in my prepaid balance and there is no response from them for the other transaction.
Here are the details for my both the transactions ;

Even everytime , I am getting the same Ticket No. from them regarding my complains and then there is no communication from them what so ever.
