[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket Cancellation money not refunded | |||
I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 21 May 2011(Ticket number (TIN): TD6K39963447 from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad for dated 29 May 2011 that tckt amount was 880/- Rs. and cancelled it on 28 May( tracking number is 5649276. ) But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail). Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible. The worst situation I faced from the traveling agency REDBUS. My ticket numberTHDN65348236., I booked the ticket from Hyderabad to vizag on 1month back. But the bus is cancelled my refund amount 1750 was not credited into my account, there is no contact number to talk with customer care, but they are showing the status that u will refund ur amount within 7bank working days., they kept this status on 1month back but still the status is same but my amount should not be refunded. We have to legal action on REDBUS that cheating the customers.,

My name is Renuka . I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh for my mom who is quite old because there was an emergency somebody expired.I thought that I can rely on red bus with closed eye, but everything in vain.
The ticket got cancel and the money is not refunded too.
I had the worst experience.Being a female I would not recommend any one of you to avail there services.
And the worst part is the web page they have sent to check the refund which is driver.refunds is not working.wow !!what a service .Great red bus 😃 good going.
