Redbus — Pathetic server and Need Refund

This is a complaint on Redbus for the pathetic travels that they choose.This is not the 1st time,i booked through Redbus,its actually because of the service and the quality of the transportation that makes me go back to Redbus time and again.however this time its very disappointing to tell they indeed have a pathetic quality checks.
I booked a ticket on may11th 2012 night from Chennai to bangalore.The next day,i had some very important work and hence i booked a late night bus so that i could attend to my work on 12th may 2012.The bus was from jeyam travels and was scheduled to leave koyambedu(chennai) at 11:30pm and recah Bangalore by 5:30 Am on 12th May 2012.Well,to say the least I am still surprised that i was able to reach bangalore with my pregnant wife who is in her 1st trimester.
These are the things that i want to bring to your notice.

1.On the ticket,they say that the travellers should call the numbers on the ticket for the boarding point queries,however whom should we contact if that number is not recahable ? or Switched off ?
2.The immediate thought is to call Redbus in this scenario.When i did,they were so busy and I wasnt able to get through to an executive at all.After calling 3-4 times,i had to give up hopes of talking to a human on the other side.
3.Finally i come to the Koyambedu station(chennai) to board the bus.Mind you,its at night and am with my wife.there is an indian oil petrol bunk there and they have all the buses come there,fill the fuel and then travel to their respective destinations.
4.i reached the venue around 11:00PM on 11th may 2012 and called the Travels number printed on the ticket to confirm that the bus is ready and the destination is near the petrol bunk.On calling,again there was no response,the response was either Switched off or Not reachable.
5.Well,i found that there is an office of jeyam travels in the basement of a building and the travellers for 10:00PM bus are still waiting there.Finally,i spoke to a person called Pughal there and he informed that one of the buses if broken down and hence the delay,however the buss that am supposed to board is already at the petrol bunk.
6.When we went to the petrol bunk,there was a dingy,stinky bus from SRM travels waiting for us which was full and there was no space to even climb.Mind you this is a bus from SRM travels and not from Jeyam travels.The seats were so pathetic and there was a stinky smell as if the bus was not cleaned since years.
7.Anyways,when i was about to climb to check,the so called "Cleaner" of the bus came up and said that there cannot be anymore people accomodated on this bus and that there will be another bus coming to pick us.
8.So,we were sent back to the travels office and he called up the person saying that there is no space and we should be put in the next bus.he told that the next bus will be coming around 12 midnight.And since it was already 11:30PM,there was not much i could do but wait.
9.Finally we were made to sit in the travels office assuring that we will be boarding the next bus to Bangalore whichever comes from jeyam travels.Finally the Bus arrived at 12:15 AM on 12th may 2012 and we were told to get on as this was the last bus to bangalore.
10.We had booked seats 1 and 2 owing to the fact that my wife is pregnant,however that seat was already occupied by a couple of hooligans disguised as humans and after some heated arguments,they offered us a seat on Seats 32 and 33 During which i informed the driver that my wife is pregnant and cannot sit on the seats offered and moreover,we had booked seats 1 and 2 and why should we leave that seats for someone else.After a long time and much arguments between me,driver and those 2 hooligans,they were told to sit in their seats and we were given the seats that we booked.By now the time was 1:10AM on 12th May 2012.
11.A look at the place to sit and you would never want to go back to booking buses from RedBus.
Anyways,after everything was done,we were leaving to Bangalore at 2:00AM on 12th May 2012.By this time there were none of the buses at this station.The drive did make up for the lost time by driving the bus like a Sukhoi Fighter plane.We were displaced around 5 times from our seats and i almost broke my nose when he hit the brakes once.is this the Way a responsible driver should driv the bus containing around 40 people ?
We did reach the border of Chenani and bangalore AKA Hosur at around 7AM well before the expected time courtesy the driver driving the bus like a maniac.After reaching hosur and just before the toll gate to cross the border,the bus suddenly stops and then the driver asks everyone to get down.Everyone puzzled about this sudden change of things,we,a couple of them asked the driver whats going on and why did he ask all o[censored]s to get off the bus.the reason was there was a puncture of one of the tyres.We waited patiently for the tyres to be changed however neither the driver nor the cleaner were doing anything to fix the issue.When we confronted again,the cleaner informed that the bus does not have a permit to cross the toll gate and they stopped as they were expecting another bus on the same route to come and pick us up.Mind you,its not confirmed yet,they were expecting that another bus would come to pick us up.After having an argument with them for some time,the driver called the travels and i dont know what transpired between them,finally we were told that there is another travels nearby and the jeyam travels has contacted this travels on the border and he will be sending a bus to pick us up and drop us at respective locations.Finally the bus arrived at 7:45AM and we were all picked up and we were then again asked to alight at madiwala bus stop.When asked,why,we were told that the travels had informed the driver of this bus to drop everyone at Madiwala only and he cannot go further.After having another few minutes of argument,we were told by the travels to alight and go to our destinations ourselves.
Almost at the start of every argument,i have tried to call Redbus to complain and they werent reachable at all.Even after coming back,i have tried to call them on monday to make sure they know the problems,however there has been no response.
After saying all this,i really want to have a refund of the money that we paid as i believe this was definitely not why i chose redbus over KSRTC and TNSRTC
