[Resolved]  Rediffmail — i am not able to access my rediff mail account

why all of a sudden i am unable to access my rediffmail account? i know i am correctly logging in my user name and password.

Alas! it happened with me too - today for the first time. I am not able to access my Rediffmail a/c. Every time it shows "username" and "password" do not match. RediffMail — mails not recd. by recipient

From last month, I am sending mails but they are not recd. at sender's adress.In my sent box it is showing delivered, even I have not recd. failure notice.

Please help me to get back My Rediff account. i m using the same username & password which i used to use in login...but now i am not able to access my rediff account. I have the same problem as highlighted by other users in the above chain. I have registered my complain with my locked account:- [protected]@rediffmail.com. If there is any solution you could communicate, please mark a copy of it to my gmail - mercury.[protected]@gmail.com

Concerning rediffmail password recovery

Sorry to bother you. My name is Dharam Pal and my e-mail username is [protected]@rediffmail.com and using this ID for many years. A couple of days ago, I tried to open my e-mail but got the following message:

"Sorry. Your login failed. This happens due to - Incorrect Username / Incorrect password. Incase you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password on Rediff home page."

Beleive me, I used the correct username and password. Despite repeated attempts, got the same above message. This had never happened to me before. Then I tried by clicking on forgot password on Rediff homepage but could not as have forgotton my "Secret Security question" which were answered many years ago. I tried to recollect the secret security question but could not.

I have another e-mail ID - [protected]@yahoo.com. Please help me ASP by replying on my this e-mail address so that I can open my e-mail again. You can also call me on my present office phone number +44 [protected] if you want.

Rediff.com — email account not functioning

email account [protected]@rediffmail.com, which was working till past three days, is not functioning now. After login, Inbox or list of options is not displayed. The message reads- 'The page can not be displayed'.

I cannot access the rediff.com website only for a week. I had this problem earlier but it got rectified by itself. It takes you to another website with webhosting or some other advertisements... If there is any update that it is not available in certain countries or if it is getting discontinued then they should have informed you..

I am not able to accessmy rediffmail account for the last few days. I am getting the eror of wrong password and wrong user Id. I am sure about my password and user id and I am putting correctly. but still it happens.Pl let me know the problem and it cannot be solved?
