[Resolved]  Rediffmail — i am not able to access my rediff mail account

sir/madam i am facing problem in opening my rediff account [protected]@rediffmail.com from past couple of days. please redress my problem as soon as possible because i have very urgent email to receive.

I am finding frequently that access to rediffmail is denied, citing reason that the server is down for repairs and maintenance . Nowadays this problem has become very frequently.
Another problem is, my rediffbol, opens but chat sites dont open. When I select chat rooms the sites dont respond.
Please help me with solving these problems.

From the last two days my account is not opening. i can't able to login into my rediffmail account. It is very important mail ID for me. kindly take any action for the recovery of my password.

Hello, Iam ANIRBAN BANERJEE an user of rediffmail over quite a no. of years.My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com Recently, I have encountered a problem wherein I am unable access my email account on account of some locking procedure being applied through your mail system.

In order to access my email account, Iam now made to pass through a special gateway which has an arrangement to provide a 4 digit code through my cell-one sim no. [protected] which is of BSNL in India.

Currently Iam residing in Tanzania and is therefore not able to access my said mobile no.

It is therefore requested that an alternative no. [protected] be considered as my mobile no. instead of the one provided to your administrator. The new no. provided is my mobile no. in Tanzania and therefore the secret 4 digit code be provided through it to enable me to access my email account.
