RediffShopping.com — No refund given

Hi, To all the Internet shoppers,
I am a very wary consumer and hence have not shopped online even thought it very "easy". I wanted to check and see how well it would work and hence I ordered a book worth Rs99/- from Rediffshopping.com.
First I had to wait for a very long time after which I got a mai stating that the book is out of stock and also I would get a refund. This happened sometime in October 08.
The worst part about rediffshopping is that there are no phone calls you can make. Only mails and they send an automated reply everytime I send a mail to them.
If I am having such a problem for just Ninety-Nine rupees, I am unsure how everybody makes so many purchases of the net everyday so happily, just plain scary.
If rediff shopping is listening, please PAY ME BACK.

Hello, This is my nth mail to you all. I have not recieved my reimbursement which was deducted from my account till date.

Please let me know the status. Also this is very inconvinient since I cannot call anybody, there is no telephone number I can contact.

Please intimate me ASAP.
