[Resolved] Reebok Fitness Kit — not received my order | |
My Order is: MITBC-WEB[protected]. I have already made a credit card payment for an amount of Rs 3198.0 as on 11th Jan'09.Then I wrote a mail and called the customer care about that, I haven't received my order. On 30-03-09 new order no. is given to me - 0GA[protected], but till date I have not received my order. Whenever I call helpline no., simple answer is given "order is fully / successfully processed and will receive the same in 1 week" This has been going for last three months. The customer service reps are not even transferring the call to senior personnel reason given all are busy. Today 12 -04-09, and I haven't received as yet. Even I have already sent to Mr. Nitin Swaney but didn't receive any revert. ITBC is cheating innocent buyers.Govt must ban this company. pls find the chain mail which i have pasted below my followed up with ITBC. Pls find the trailed mail, this is how indiatodaybookclub harreshing the customer.your services are really very pathetic.sorry to say your company must not be in sevice industry.
