[Resolved] Reebok Shoes — Non refund / replacement of defective shoes | |||
I had purchased a pair of Reebok Shoes from Reebok Showroom, Sector 9 Panchkula for Rs 2517/- on 05 August 2010 by debit card (on line POSP payment). Within 03 days of its purchase the shoes was found torn from top (both pairs, a manufacturing defect). On 10 August 2010, I went to the showroom and met the billing clerk, Mr Sunny telephone No [protected] and asked for its refund or replacement. Mr Sunny full of arrogance, took the shoes and kept with himself.He tried to replace the shoe with very low and poor quality He even did not give me the receipt for defective shoes worth of Rs 2517/- which he has kept with himself. On being asked for a visitor card and receipt for deposit of the defective shoes, he became totally arrogant and denied so and asked me to go anywhere and do whatever desired but he won't budge. After that I lodged the complaint in his visitor book and also sent an email to customer.care reebok company on 10 August 2010 but no response received from them. May I request you to process my complaint and enable me to get the refund of shoes. I am Mr Rajinder Singh AWHO Army Flats Q 244 Sector 4 Panchkula 134114, Mobile [protected]. Reebok — Replacement Refund
I purchased a Reebok shoe worth Rs. 4000 from one of the Ahmedabad Reebok store and the size was not good enough for me to wear while playing cricket. I paid cash right away as I like the design of the shoe, but the size was a bit small and I selected a smaller size by mistake. I went to play cricket but the thum of my feet pained a lot while wearing this shoe. Please change my shoe so that I become satisfy with yoru service. I don't want to loose trust on Reebok. I purchase this shoe in Mid October. Hi

My self nikhil i am reebok fan from last 10 Years. i really feel more comfortable in these brand shoe.they quality is too good as compare then other brand.
But these year i have taken shoe but its pasting come out but i never feel bad abount these because these time i used these shoe badly. i want to say to all o[censored] that some as a consumer we should honest. we shoudent blame brand because of a fault

Reebok Shoes — non receipt of shoes / for refund of amount

in november 2008 there was a call from india today book club that i have won the prize of
rs.14690/-in that it includes seven dvd's of agatha christie plus the reebok shoes, the shoes
cost 2600/- & the dvd will only be given if you purchase the shoes, i made the payment
through credit card of abn amro bank, i received the dvd's but the shoes have not been
received by me till today i.e.21/07/2009 nor the refund of money back
